Systems Operational Support and Configuration ManagementOperating independently or jointly with client staff, Pro2Serve security specialists provide technical capability for the installation and cutover of existing and new portions of a security system to a new integrated platform system. Our technical experts provide guidance and operational support during installation of new system components, including testing and system documentation. Like many of our integrated security capabilities, this technical capability draws from the Company’s fundamental strength in facility design and use planning, testing and validation. Upon systems installation, we also provide system operation and maintenance, and training.
