We provide advanced threat assessments of sites and facilities to help clients identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and determine acceptable levels of risk.

Our vulnerability analysis practitioners optimize risk mitigation approaches and develop the most cost-effective countermeasures for identified risks. They accomplish this through their experience as members of protective forces, specialized weapons trainers, planners and leaders of force-on-force exercises and central alarm station operators. This expertise assures risk litigation recommendations effectively balance the use of security forces, deployment of engineered systems and administrative controls.

We conduct extensive analyses of data using a wide variety of tools. Pro2Serve maintains certified expertise in advanced vulnerability assessments (VAs) through JCATS, ASSESS and Tabletop modeling techniques and tools, and provides beta testing for new tools such as ATLAS and NEXT GEN. We have also supported the FAA’s effort to develop a comprehensive and structured methodology for VAs at airport facilities of various sizes and configurations.
